The oil tank truck is mainly used for transport various oil and chemical liquids in the petrochemical department, it has the functions of oil absorption, oil pumping, oil sub-loading , oil sub-releasing and so on.
According to the transport medium, the oil tank material could choose: carbon steel, stainless steel, lining rolling plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastics, plastic cans(polyvinyl, polypropylene), aluminum alloy and other materials.
Manufacturing process of this oil tank as following:
1.Adopt of stainless steel material and made in accordance with international standards, using 9.5 meters large rolling machine to make in one time, higher strength, safer and more durable, after it is formed , the tank will be tested by high-pressure gas.
2.Oil tank head is cutting by plasma CNC cutting machine, and then spinning by imitated edging machine, to increase the tank strength and don't allow artificial knock.
3.Oil tank is automatically weled by gas protection welding at welding working station to ensure the original quality of the tank welding seam.
4. Inner of oil tank is welded with compartments and strengthened wave baffles, so as to reduce the impact of oil in the tank and improve the stiffness of the tank.
5. Adopt international advanced technology, use car paint treatment technology, enhance paint adhesion, uniformity and durability.
